Creating a Regional ID Theft Task Force
Unlike physical theft, identity theft can affect victims in a wide geographic area. That’s why Congresswoman Hooley is working to create regional identity theft task forces to help law enforcement agencies pool their resources to track and catch criminals who strike in a variety of jurisdictions.
